Nepal has welcomed another electric brand, the Segway-Ninebot, and the new Segway E100 is its first launch. The predominant aspect of bringing this brand to Nepal is to encourage a clean and safe environment.
The company is into robotic technology since 1999 and is well-renown for the production of two-wheelers. Therefore, the new e-scooter features several lucrative features like a charging slot, three driving modes, a water-resistant battery, and many more.
Segway E100 Features
The new Segway E100 is full of peculiar features and functionalities. One such feature is that the scooter does not start until and unless the rider sits on the vehicle and pulls back the stand.
The beautiful LED headlamp in the front incorporates an intelligent matrix that has six lenses. It uses intelligent sensor technology that automatically regulates the brightness as per the condition of the environment. The availability of charging slots, driving modes, and the water-resistant battery offer superior torque.
The beautiful electric scooter from Segway boasts a keyless system and therefore the remote control has two buttons. One of these buttons switches the vehicle on and off while the other button helps to lock the vehicle.
Segway E100 also has a spacious 22L space under the seat where you can safely keep your helmets and other goods. The four buttons present on the handlebar are used for dinner, turn lights, horn, and speed endurance. The speed endurance button allows you to lock the vehicle at the ongoing speed which significantly helps in reducing the fatigue level.
Segway E100 Battery and Performance
The new Segway E100 is built around the powerful 1800Watt motor and generates a power of 2400W and 150NM of maximum torque. The 1400Wh lithium battery takes around 7hours to charge the vehicle from 4-100% and can deliver a satisfactory range of 100kms. Besides, the number increases to 200kms on dual battery mode. Similarly, it can run at a max speed of 58kmph.
The new Segway E100 includes 220mm front and 180mm rear disc brakes. It delivers an exceptionally good performance and ensures the rider’s safety. Likewise, it also flaunts a good shock absorption system that efficiently handles the different road conditions. It also assists in minimizing the vibration to a certain extent.
