The Hyundai Kona Electric is powered by a 64.0 kWh battery and runs on a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor otherwise known as the PMSM. The electric motor equals 201 hp and can allow the SUV to get from zero to 60mph in 6.4 seconds. This is 0.2 seconds faster than its regular fuel counterpart.
You can charge the subcompact SUV at the comfort of your home. With a 220-240V supply of electricity, you can easily charge the vehicle overnight. The full charge of the Kona 2022 will last you a smooth 415 km range of driving. However, the performance is certain to be affected because of the traffic in the city.
Furthermore, with the plans for extensive installation of fast-charging stations around Kathmandu valley and different cities of Nepal, you need not worry about running out of battery as the Kona Electric can be charged at a DC Fast-Charging Station.
