Honda

Honda Motors is a Japanese company that was founded by Soichiro Honda in 1946. The company manufactures cars, bikes, airplanes, and other equipment. Honda is highly admired by Nepalese and thus is one of the famous brands in the nation.

Jyoti Group, one of the leading business houses in Nepal is the official distributor and retailer of Honda. The group has been importing Honda motorcycles since 1967 and Honda four-wheelers since 2002.

Honda manufactures all types of vehicles; be it sedans, hatchbacks, or SUVs. However, the Honda City and Honda Civic are two of the most famous sedans in Nepal. Likewise, Honda CR-V is another popular car available in the country.

Mahindra

The Mahindra was established in the year 1948 by the Mahindra brothers. It is an Indian company and is the largest manufacturer of tractors in the world. Similarly, the beautiful logo of Mahindra denotes a positive attitude and unity.

Tata Motors is a part of the Tata group that manufactures cars, trucks, buses, and militia vehicles. The company was established in 1945 and ever since it has become a commanding figure in the automobile industry. Besides, Tata Motors also owns Jaguar and Land Rover.

Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd is the official distributor of Tata in Nepal since 1982. Sipradi initially started its service by distributing commercial vehicles. The distribution of passenger vehicles started only from the year 2003.

Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd prioritizes selling commercial vehicles like vans, trucks, and pickups. However, in recent times the company has shifted its priorities towards passenger cars as well. Nexon, Tiago, and Tigor are some of Tata’s best-selling passenger vehicles.

Kia is South Korea’s second-largest manufacturers after Hyundai. Kia was founded by Chul-Ho Kim in the year 1944. Similarly, Kia has been one of the most idolized brands in Nepal for a very long time.

Continental Trading is the official distributor of this giant brand in Nepal. One of the vital reasons for the popularity of this brand is its reliability and value for money. Most of its customers relate the brand with superior performance and up to par service.

Rio, Sportage, and Soul are some of the most popular vehicles in Nepal from Kia. Besides, Kia has also imported an electric version of Soul in Nepal.

In Nepal, Morang Auto Works Pvt. Ltd holds the license to distribute Jeep. The brand was presented at the NADA auto show, 2018.

The company initially brought Jeep Compass in the Nepali market in both the petrol and diesel variant. Correspondingly, Jeep Compass received an excellent review from its customers in Nepal.  

Nissan

The multinational automobile manufacturer, Nissan produces vehicles under three different brands; Nissan, Infiniti, and Datsun. It was founded by Yoshisuke Aikawa in the year 1930.

Durga Brothers and Sons Pvt. Ltd has got the official rights to distribute Nissan in Nepal. Besides, they have been bringing in passengers as well as commercial vehicles since 1972. They provide good customer satisfaction via after-sales.

Nissan has a lineup of beautiful vehicles like X-trail, Sunny, and Micra. In addition, they also distribute Navara pickup for personal and commercial use.

Toyota
